Password Recovery

  1. On the login page, click Forgot your password?
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. Click Send reset link.

You will see a confirmation:

If an account with that email exists, you will receive a password reset link shortly.

Note

For security, the platform does not reveal whether an account exists for the given email.

Resetting Your Password

  1. Open the password-reset email (subject: "Password Reset Request").
  2. Click the Reset Password link. The link is valid for 1 hour.
  3. Enter and confirm your new password (minimum 8 characters).
  4. Click Reset Password.

Once successful you will see a confirmation with a link to sign in using your new password.
