Settings¶
The Settings page lets you manage your profile, notification preferences, and password.
Account Limits & Usage¶
A table at the top shows your current plan usage:

| Max depth / scan | Maximum crawl depth allowed by your plan |
| Priority queue | Whether your scans get priority processing |
| Allowed scan types | Which scan modules your plan includes |
Status indicators show OK (green) or At limit (red) for each resource.
Profile¶
Update your display name and email notification preferences:

Email Notification Preferences¶
Toggle which email notifications you receive:
- [x] Notify when scan completes — receive an email when a scan finishes
- [x] Notify on new vulnerabilities — receive an email when new findings are detected
- [x] Notify when results are shared with me — receive an email when someone shares results with you
Click Save Changes to update your profile and preferences.
Change Password¶
Update your account password:

| Confirm New Password | Must match the new password |
Click Change Password to apply.
Warning
After changing your password, your current session remains active. Use the new password the next time you log in.
Strategy Chat¶
This section appears when Strategy Chat is enabled on your plan. It lets you configure the AI planning assistant.
API Key¶
Strategy Chat is powered by Ollama Cloud. You need a personal Ollama Cloud API key to use the feature.
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Add API Key | Opens an input field — paste your key and click Save. The key is encrypted at rest and is never displayed again. |
| Remove | Deletes the saved key. You will need to re-enter a key to use Strategy Chat again. |
A green API key saved indicator appears when a key is on file.
Preferred Model¶
Your platform administrator controls which Ollama models are available on your plan. Select your preferred model from the dropdown and click Save Preference. This model is used automatically for all new chat sessions.
If no preference is set, the platform defaults to llama3.2.
Empty dropdown
If the model dropdown is empty, no models have been enabled for your plan yet. Contact your platform administrator.
